Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between SiteSpyAI (“SiteSpy”, “we”) and the business entity (“Customer”, “you”) subscribing to the service. By creating an account you confirm you are authorised to bind that entity.

SiteSpy provides a hosted software platform that scans public commercial premises using Google Maps data and returns derived intelligence. Features available to you depend on the plan you subscribe to (Starter, Growth or Enterprise).

• Plans renew monthly until cancelled from your billing page.
• Fees are exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable under Irish and EU rules.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; card data is never handled by SiteSpy.
• Scan quotas reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate applicable law, including data protection or export control law.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or provide a competing service using our output.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or authentication.
• Use the service to profile identifiable individuals rather than businesses.

The service relies on Google Maps Platform. Your use of Google content is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms.

SiteSpy retains all rights in the software, models and derived metrics. You retain rights in the queries you submit and the reports we generate for you, and are granted a non-exclusive licence to use them for your internal business purposes.

Each party will protect the other’s non-public information with at least the same care it uses for its own, and will use it only to perform this agreement.

SiteSpy delivers derived estimates based on publicly available imagery. Except as expressly stated, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Each party’s aggregate liability under this agreement will not exceed the fees paid by Customer to SiteSpy in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate the service for material breach or non-payment on 14 days’ notice.

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a separate Data Processing Agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
